The ESPIC International Contact Center is the result of our strategic partnership with the Catalan company MST Holding (Medios i Servicios Telemáticos, SA). In operation since February 2016 and located in the Els Arcs de la Massana building, ESPIC provides its customer services by telephone to domestic and foreign companies.

A contact center is a centralized office which not only provides customer services for third-party companies but also manages orders, bookings and telemarketing operations.

It is the first international contact center in the country and occupies two floors of the Els Arcs de la Massana building. We thus combine the experience in telephone services of Andorra Telecom, highly valued by our customers, the multilingualism of Andorran society and the foreign marketing skills of a frontline technological partner such as MST.
