A Niu start up offers a data management solution for financial institutions
TrionData allows you to manage very large volumes of information from both internal and external sources in a fully integrated way
NIU, Andorra Telecom's business incubator, which provides support for start-ups in their incubation and acceleration phases, is home to a company that specialises in data management for financial institutions. TeamStone, SL has developed the TrionData solution, geared towards the implementation of Business Data Management.
It’s a big data solution, primarily aimed at banks and insurance companies, which allows the integration and effective management of data from different platforms within the same organisation.
Entrepreneur Pedro Miranda, who is responsible for the start-up, presented the project on Tuesday, together with the NIU head, Miquel Gouarré. Among the advantages offered by TrionData is the centralisation of the input and output of financial data from internal and external systems, guaranteeing a single, quality and certified data solution for the whole organisation. This solution allows the client to adapt operations in all departments based on certified information, it avoids uncontrollable data traffic and it enables traceability.
For his part, the head of NIU considers the variety of projects that Andorra Telecom's incubator, located in the Los Arcos de la Massana building, currently ‘supports and has supported in the past’, to be an asset. ‘All the start-ups have technology and innovation in common but they focus on very different activities and sectors’, he said.
