Andorra Telecom installs a collection point in the processing offices of the Municipality of Sant Julià de Lòria
The client will be able to choose where to collect the material of the services he contracts
Following the transfer to the Lauredian municipality of the commercial agency that Andorra Telecom had located in Plaça de la Germandat, there was a commitment to provide a point of attention to the communal procedures offices.
In this sense, it has been decided to enable a collection point. From now on, when a customer registers for a service that requires material, such as the television service, they will be able to choose whether to collect the material in the store that Andorra Telecom has in Andorra la Vella, or if you prefer to pick it up at the formalities office of the Municipality of Sant Julià de Lòria, in the El Molí building.
At this point you can collect any kind of material: decoders, routers, SIM cards, as well as certificates, which will be delivered by the staff of the municipal office. This service began last December 2nd.
